This safari adventure begins with a drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its huge herds of elephants, its landscape dotted with baobab trees, and its diverse wildlife. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and observe zebras, giraffes and predators in their natural habitat. Round off the day in comfort at Marera Valley Lodge, surrounded by picturesque views and the sounds of the African bush.
After breakfast, you will drive into the southern Serengeti, heading towards the Ndutu region, the heart of the wildebeest calving season. En route, you will enjoy the vast, open plains and the thrill of wildlife spotting. Upon arrival, you will be immersed in the spectacle of the migrating herds and predators. Overnight stay at Canopy Migration Camp, which is ideally situated for excellent wildlife viewing.
Today, explore Ndutu, where thousands of wildebeest give birth to their calves and predators abound, leading to dramatic wildlife encounters. You will then drive back to Arusha, stopping along the way to enjoy the picturesque views. The highlight of your final day is the breathtaking Materuni Waterfalls, nestled amidst the lush rainforest near Mount Kilimanjaro.
