Immediately after breakfast, we’ll head to Tarangire National Park. There you can explore Africa’s largest elephant population. We’ll enter through the main gate and begin our safari, during which we’ll be able to observe elephants, antelopes, lions, zebras and many other animals amidst a landscape surrounded by towering baobab trees. We’ll have lunch at the picnic area and drive on to Karatu in the evening, where we’ll have dinner and spend the night.
Just as we did the day before, after breakfast we set off for the Serengeti National Park, where we begin our safari by exploring the park’s vast plains, home to the famous wildebeest migration and an incredible variety of wildlife. We will have the opportunity throughout the day to observe lions, elephants, zebras and gazelles in their natural habitat, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. As night falls, we return to our camp or lodge. Dinner is served under the starry sky.
On our second day in the Serengeti, we explore the central and eastern parts of the park, which are renowned for their abundant wildlife during the Great Migration. We can spot lions, leopards, giraffes and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. For those who wish, we offer a hot-air balloon ride at sunrise to enjoy a unique panoramic view of the vast plains and their wildlife. After the flight, we continue the safari on the ground and end the day at the camp or lodge.
The day begins with an early breakfast at your lodge or camp, before you set off on your morning game drive. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch. Afterwards, you’ll continue your game drive in the afternoon as you drive to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, where you’ll spend the night.
We leave our accommodation in Karatu and head back to Arusha. On the way, we stop off to visit the African Gallery, a unique spot home to the famous ebony tree. There, we can explore and admire local art whilst taking in the surrounding natural beauty of this special place.
