Details
Immediately after breakfast, you will set off from Dar es Salaam with a packed lunch for Mikumi National Park. You will have lunch in the late afternoon. The day continues with a game drive to watch the sunset. You can watch the animals drinking at the hippo pool. Afterwards, you will return to the camp, where you will have dinner and spend the night.
After breakfast, set off on an exciting game drive through the park to spot wildlife. Keep an eye out for wildebeest, elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalo and many other animals. After lunch, visit other areas of the park such as Mkata, Chamgore (a place where pythons live) and the Mkata floodplains. In the evening, you will return to your camp for dinner and the night.
After an early breakfast, you’ll go on a game drive. Keep your eyes peeled to round off your safari with a glimpse of the wildlife and perhaps catch a sight of animals you didn’t see the day before. You’ll then return to the lodge, check out and drive back to Dar es Salaam.
