This safari begins with a scenic drive from Arusha to the Ndutu region of the southern Serengeti, the heart of the wildebeest calving season. As you journey across the vast plains, you’ll experience breathtaking landscapes teeming with wildlife. Look forward to seeing large herds of wildebeest, zebras and predators drawn to the migration. You will stay at the comfortable Kontiki Migration Camp, ideally situated within the migration corridor.
You will explore the Ndutu Plain, which is famous for its wildebeest calving season between January and March. You descend 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the "eighth wonder of the world".
